Manipulator for off-set loads in the automotive industry

Our customer required an ergonomic, safe, easy-to-use, and reliable lift assist device for handling car bonnets in their warehouse.

They have to stock and pick bonnets to and from shelves.

The solution we provided greatly satisfied their demand:

an intelligent lift assist device Liftronic Pro Telescopic Version.

The Liftronic Pro is overhead rail mounted; the gripper is off-set with respect to the vertical axis of the manipulator in order to pick and place the bonnets deep into the shelves. The off-set handling is made easy and precise thanks to the rigid vertical column coupled to the gripper, which allows smooth up-down movements by means of a telescopic system. This telescopic column is highly resilient and light to move.
