Information notice regarding the processing of Personal Data pursuant to article 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (“GDPR”) with regard to the processing of personal data performed for the selection of personnel.

IT02907330167, with registered office at 1, Via Fonte Solforosa – 24012 Val Brembilla (BG), e-mail address In accordance with article 26 of the Regulation, the Joint Data Controllers are tasked with: i) jointly determining certain purposes and means of Processing of your Personal Data; ii) jointly determining, in a clear and transparent manner, the procedures to be followed in order to provide you with a prompt reply should you decide to exercise your rights as they are set forth in articles 15, 16, 17, 18 and 21 of the Regulation, as well as in case of portability of the Personal Data provided for by article 20 of the Regulation; iii) jointly defining this Information Notice with regard to the parts thereof that are of common interest, indicating all the information laid down in the Regulation. Your personal data will be processed for the purpose of selection of personnel; the legal basis required for processing is your consent. Your CV and the data that you provide will be retained for a period of 3 years. The processing does not include an automated process. Your personal data: i) will be processed in conformity to the principles of fairness, lawfulness, transparency and of the protection of the confidentiality and the rights of the data subjects laid down by the GDPR; ii) will be processed exclusively by the Joint Data Controllers and/or by persons they have appointed; iii) will not be disclosed to third parties nor will they be disseminated or transferred to a third country or to an international organisation. In your capacity as “data subject”: i) you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Supervisory Authority (, if you believe that your rights with regard to the protection of personal data have been violated; ii) you may, at any time, withdraw your consent to processing, exercise the right of access to the personal data, of rectification or erasure thereof, of limitation of the processing, the right to object, the right to portability, as laid down by the GDPR, by sending a specific request to the e-mail address The possible withdrawal of consent shall not prejudice the lawfulness of the previous processing based on your consent.
